Pangaea will work with the client to develop a formal plan to rapidly exit one of their financing counterparties in response to a sudden event. The plan is a combination of preparatory steps and the development of a “playbook” that includes the following:
- Identifying the critical personnel, data, reports and tools needed to manage the transfer of assets
- Development of a detailed plan for transferring assets to other financing providers
- Identifying and maintaining key contact lists for each provider
- Communications plans for impacted counterparties
- Crisis scenario sessions to test the Counterparty BCP
